Key;
Speed is how fast the exe is, Average is how fast big exe is and Fast is how fast small exe is
Stun type is how long the exe gets stunned, Tank means they get stunned shorter like big exe and Vulnerable means they get stunned longer like small exe
Type is the role of the survivor on the team

Exetior:
Speed: Average
Stun Type: Tank
Attack:
Exetior does a quick spinning kick, has a bigger hitbox and can hit from all sides
Damage: 50
Lunge: No
Cooldown: 3 Seconds
Teleportation:
Teleports the player to wherever their mouse/crosshair is at, Attack cannot be used for 5 seconds once the player is teleported
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Shadow Ring:
Places a black ring with a red outline where the player is standing, has a delay of when it can actually be picked up when placed, the ring stays there until a survivor touches it
Damage: 10 (to whoever it touches)
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Uses: 5 (granted one back when ring touched)
Laugh:
Simply just a taunt

Exeller:

Stun Type: Vulnerable
Attack:
Exeller does a quick punch with his right hand, is a bit faster than sonic.exe attack
Damage: 35
Lunge: No
Cooldown: 2 Seconds
Flight:
Allows the player to fly in any direction, the player can cancel it anytime like glide, if stunned while flying it will cancel automatically and the player will be stunned longer, uses invisibility animations
Duration: 15 seconds
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Beam:
Exeller will charge up a red laser like Tails Arm Cannon and can be canceled like the Arm Cannon, unlike the Arm Cannon however it only has limited range
Damage: 30
Time to use: 10 seconds
Cooldown: 27 seconds
Laugh:
Simply just a taunt

Silver:
Type: Offense/Support
Psychokinesis:
Any exe caught where the player is had their mouse/crosshair at will be stopped when used (with limited range), the player can only walk when using this ability, can be canceled
Duration: 7 seconds
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Psycho Boost:
When used any player around silver will gain a speed boost faster than the exe while the player playing as silver will only gain a boost to match his speed

Ray:
Type: Mobility/Support.
Rings:
When used Ray will spawn 2 yellow rings around him, the rings only heal the person that picks them up
Cooldown: 37 seconds
Glide:
Works like Tails Glide but you can't go up
Cooldown: 23 seconds

Mighty:
Type: Stunner/Defense.
Hammer Drop:
When used Mighty will roll up into a ball and slam into the ground really fast that also creates a shockwave when he lands and if an exe is hit by him or the shockhave they will be stunned
Cooldown: 28 seconds
Parry:
If attacked by an exe when used, Mighty will grab the exe's right hand and punch him in the face and will stun the exe or alternatively if the exe uses grab Mighty will grab both of exe's hands and slam the exe into the ground and will stun a bit longer, player will gain small a speed boost after a successful Parry

Espio:
Type: Stunner/Stealth/Recon.
Kick: When used Espio will kick with his right leg, this is a stun move.
Cooldown: 23 seconds
Camouflage: When used Espio will become unseeable for 20 seconds, exe can detect him with invisibility but minion indicators can't and decoys do not go after him while in this state, Espio becomes slightly more visible if he's in the state of being "scared" (The shocked expression if you see a dead body or if you've been hit), this ability can be cancelled
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Sense: When used all Exe players will be highlighted in red all Survivor players will be highlighted in blue Decoys in white and Objects (Rings, Springs, ect) in yellow and will be given indicators on the screen like rouges sensors, only Espio can see this, this ability can be cancelled
Cooldown: No cooldown, works like rouge's evasion

Sonic:
Type: Mobility/Stunner
Boost:
When used Sonic will perform a move similar to Shadows Boost but the player can turn while it's being used and with shorter range, Sonic will be surrounded in blue color when used also
Cooldown: 27 seconds
Skid Attack:
When used Sonic performs a somersault then slides across the ground, stuns the exe if it hits
Cooldown: 25 seconds

Metal Sonic:
Type: Offense/Multi-Skill
Overdrive:
When used Metal Sonic will surround himself in electricity and dash forward similar to Shadows Tackle, once contacted with the exe it will stun both metal sonic and the exe like Tackle
Cooldown: 35 seconds
Copy:
Highlights a teammate like heal/shield and when used it will copy one of the characters ability
Tails- Glide (Metal Sonic will use his booster to glide)
Knuckles- Block
Eggman- Jetpack Boost (Metal Sonic will use his booster to launch himself upward)
Amy- Hammer Bounce (Metal Sonic will roll up into a ball to bounce)
Cream- Speed Boost
Sally- Shield
Shadow- Dash (Metal Sonic uses his booster to launch himself forward)
Rouge- Slide
